I believe that birth is more than just a physiological process. There are social, psychological and spiritual elements that work in synergy with the mother’s body to elicit the birth experience most appropriate for motherbaby in these moments.This is one reason I value meeting with a client in her home for every visit. I delight in getting to know your hopes, your ways, your being. Building a strong, trusting relationship allows for the most appropriate care.I began my work in the community birth space in 1997 and it has been a joy to have women, whom I met as children, seek me out as they begin their childbearing cycles. It is my particular joy to serve women who are choosing to begin childbearing later in life.I offer a midwifery package for planned homebirth. I may also offer a-la-carte services - prenatal, postpartum and well-newborn care - for those who decide a hospital delivery is the better choice for them.May your journey be marked by Peace and Joy.
